Works great, access through Chase card

I got an email from Chase telling me I could get a digital Priority Pass card and clicked the link. The Priority Pass web site asked me to create an account which I did with information from my physical card. I downloaded the app for iOS, logged in, verified my account info, tapped Digital card and there it was. Tapping the ‘turn over’ icon showed an option to add the card to Wallet which I did. My Priority Pass card is now in my Apple Wallet. The whole process took two minutes and it worked great.


Having to re-login after an update is ridiculous

Every time the app is updated, users have to re-login. However, they have to wait for a day or two before they can successfully login. Trying to log in immediately after updating the app does not work. I updated the app a couple of days ago and could not log in but when I tried today, I was able to. The same thing happened with the previous update. This is so idiotic.

The app works fine and JP Morgan clients who have the pass through the Credit Card can use their pass digitally. There is a separate link to register that comes with your PP card. If you register at the normal site and not the special site, no digital pass will display.


Crash every time

The latest update doesn't work with iPhone 10.3.3. It crashes every time I launch the app. Please fix it.

Not optimized for iPhone X - Still

This version of the app is not optimized for iPhone X. The digital card that was recently made available to Chase customers looks horrendous. On the home screen, the New Lounges section at the bottom of the screen does not scroll at all. The Nearest Lounges option that is at the bottom of the home screen cannot be see on an iPhone X at all. This version of the app is very hard to use on an iPhone X. Please fix this ASAP. Until then, this is garbage. There is no option to sign out of a user's account. This is ridiculous. The downloading of new lounge information should be in the background. Don't know why a user has to wait for the download to finish before using the app. -- The only thing that has been fixed in the last update is the digital card which now shows the information correctly. As many other reviewers have pointed out, the app is still not optimized for iPhone X. The 'New Lounges' and 'Nearest Lounges' sections overlap in the lastest version on an iPhone X. You guys have to fix the lounge update problem. Don't understand why the app has to download new lounge information every time I open the app. Utter garbage. Why can't you let users control the updating process? Please address all the problems that have been reported by many users. --- Small improvements have been made. However, there are still issue. When I start the app on an iPhone X, it takes too long to show the Welcome screen. When the app is updated, the login information is lost and so I have to enter the login credentials. How do users rate lounges?

Awful customer service!! Was given misleading information and they wouldn’t take responsibility for it. I canceled my membership right away!! Do not do business with them! Stay away!!


Not bad, I just miss having more pictures

The app’s latest update is not bad by any means, but I’d love to get back the ability to browse more pictures of each lounge. It went a long way towards picking a good one when there were multiple choices.
