Fairly good product. Customer service likes to milk you for more money whenever there is an issue with the product.
Good way to keep track of receipts

This app has a lot of potential. Our company uses it to keep and track individuals expense reports and operating costs. Entering receipts is easy and the app starts to recognize common items. The app locks up some receipts every now and then. No way to get totals from multiple entered from the app. Must use computer for that. This app is almost there. Keep up the updates!

I look forward to exercising this new version of the app it looks to be more in line with the web portal that has just come out not that long ago. Hopefully it’s a major improvement. It does seem to work better right out of the gate.

Open the App to capture receipts and it crashes within 2-3min! Definitely gotta fix this glitch or I’m leaving near after 5 good years... #FixItPlease
Don’t want Neat Verify always on

App is useful for getting receipts uploaded and having things filed away nicely. I do get frustrated with the “Neat Verify” switch that is default to “on” though. This is annoying to switch off every single time. We don’t use the feature but obviously Neat wants us to. Update caused a little confusion but I’m getting by with it.

I am almost always frustrated when trying to use Neat. I can’t count the number of hours that I have spent on the phone with customer support trying to fix one issue after the other. I would ditch it in 2 seconds if something else came along that worked well. Sorry, Neat, but you wanted a review.

I have been using Neat for many years. The idea behind it was good but the software has never worked that well. When they forced people to move to the cloud and the annual fee the quality of the software has declined. It’s largely worthless. In one of the useless calls to tech-support, the tech-support person told me I should’ve bought a PC instead of a Mac because the software works better on a PC. The company is hopeless. You’ve been warned.

I have not been able ones to make it work. I just updated the app and it said: ” minor bugs fixed”. In my opinion you should forget about the minor things and fix the big ones so it actually works!
Immediately crashing on iPhone XS

I’ve used this app on an iPhone for years. It has had it’s quirks but was usable. Suddenly on my new iPhone, running latest iOS, it is totally unusable. As soon as I open the app it crashes immediately. Where is the fix? I pay monthly for the premium service. I have updated the app with no remedy.
