find new service
When NeatWorks phased in their new cloud app, they lost 8 years of my business T and E records. When I tried to use their $79 a year customer service package, the person on the phone was completely useless. I strongly recommend that you find another service. I know that I will as a result of this mess.
Waste of money and time!

Doesn’t work right and was originally charged triple what I was supposed to be. Then it doesn’t work after all that. Garbage!
App is convenient, can use improvements

Scanning receipts with app is super easy. Need to add functionality to automatically crop the receipts when you take the pic. Their are free scanning apps that already do this like genius scan.

I have used NEAT receipts for years. Its a bit difficult for a novice to get used to. There are tutorials now on video. So that makes it much easier. Would highly recommend for any small business.
Buggy and suspicious

The app is full of bugs and suspicious with no option to remove the linked bank account. Support is even worst. No reply on emails. !!!
Total wast of time and money

I used to use neat receipts religiously, but since it has become a web based product its useless. I am currently on the road and desperately need to look at file in my file cabinet. I keep getting an error stating that it is not connected to the internet. “WRONG” I wouldn’t start using this again if it were free forever. Save yourself the heartache and grief and find another solution.
Helpful to keep everything organized

I use Neat to keep all my various documents, receipts and important things in one place. I keep my kids school reports, special awards, and pictures all scanned in a folder. Then I keep all our tax documents, vehicle receipts and maintenance info in separate folders. This keeps my whole house organized in one place.

I like it, it is pretty easy to use but it does crash occasionally. I have had it for several years and will continue to use it. I like that I just take a picture of a receipt and drag it to the file I want it in

It would be awesome if the app would work properly. Trying to download receipts and it closes down try to take a pic of receipt same thing. I have updated the app same results. Very frustrating.
