I have giving this company multiple years to try to get it together. I’m over it. This app is constantly crashing. Going a different route.
A great idea with terrible execution

Look, the Neat app will not even display receipt images anymore. You have an App that specializes in organizing receipts, and won’t even display the image of the receipt. I don’t think I need to go any further about the terrible tactical support, the lack of support for previous software versions, The inaccurate “help“ from Neat Verify, the syncing issues, and more. This is the company that doesn’t care about his customers. The turnover his extremely at their headquarters in Philadelphia. And their owners, private equity people, don’t understand this business and don’t care.
I bought a $400+ neatdesk scanning machine

A few years ago I bought a neatdesk Scanning machine to scan in all my genealogy documents but soon after they stoped working on the machine and (I think) changed the whole idea of the company and I was stuck with a $400+ Machine that had no Purpose anymore.
Not compatible with IPhone XS

In able to us this app with the IPhone XS. Top of app is to close to the top of the phone. Unable to use down selection arrow for security questions. The arrow is under the speaker.

The neat app with WiFi access helps me track and record expenditure globally. The website needs a little improvement eg use artificial intelligence like QuickBooks for easier learning.

This is the only app that I have found that allowed you scan multiple pages for one receipt. For me having the ability to scan the restaurant detail receipt and the post you sign is amazing. Also grocery receipt where they print in the front and back and have it merged is a real plus.
Bugs seem to be fixed!

The bugs in the app seem to be fixed now! I love neat and wouldn’t be able to organize & keep track of our medical expenses without Neat!!
