Neat works and I like the website but the app on my IPhone XR always crashes and takes forever to load receipts.

Overall good app, occasionally will not complete an entry and lose that readily if I don’t keep it.

I was reluctant to give up my Neat scanner, but using the mobile app is very convenient, and it’s one less piece of hardware.
Neat is addictive

We’ve been using Neat for 5+ years. The App and the new Cloud based system is so simple that it’s addictive to become organized. Support is great. They take ownership of problems and stick with it until it’s resolved.
Processing Receipts

Unfortunately, the receipt download does take awhile to process. Even when I get the notification that the receipt process is done, it’s not. So I just take a couple pictures of the receipts and wait a few hours for all to be completely done.
Too many changes and not for tge better

In a short time Neat made many changes and as I see it, not improvements. They have missed some crucial elements. When switching/updating many of my files did not transfer to the cloud. I’m disappointed and comsiyother options.

The time it takes to process receipts is beyond me. It used to process right there and then when scanning receipts but now I’m more and more late on submitting my monthly receipts due to this slowness of it all. Boohoo. Fix it

I am able to scan all my receipts making it easy. I just wish it was easier to o combine all scans to one PDF. Overall it’s a great app, easy to use, and time saver
