Seems to be a listening problem

I tried this app at the suggestion of a friend... I could sign in and set up the account in the computer but it would not accept my login on my phone.... when I reached out it was suggested that I change my password.... done and same results... apparently with the free trial there is no support. For this to help my my growing small business I need it to work on my phone.... as I could not get the issues figured out and could not see if this fits my need I will be looking elsewhere. I attempted to give them feedback when I canceled my account ... expressing that I did not feel listened to... I got a 500 error upon submission. I found a phone number an email and called to express my frustration... only to be told that I would need to pay to get any help in making the app work.... you know the one that hasn’t worked the past two weeks for me... ?♀️ The worst part is I really need something like this but now have to find it elsewhere. Maybe listening to people using and trying to use your app would be a great place to start?
APP LOCKS UP Constantly need to fix

Need to fix your app it locks up constantly all the time . buttons don’t work In The APP! Etc I pay a subscription to this software and expect it to work! If Your not gonna fix it then Dont charge For Your Software you need to fix it! Also Noticed With Your Software Cloud System. There’s no way / Option Given To Be Able to back up your information to your computer or a private Hard Drive Or any other app,etc. U Need To fix ThisAnd give the customer the ability to back up as on software to a computer hard drive etc. Brian W

This app has been crashing on me for over a year now. It crashes on my phone, my assistance phone and even when I got a new phone it crashes also. When you open the app, sometimes it will just crash and close, other times it will let you take a photo of a receipt and then start to process the receipt and it will crash. It is definitely an issue with the app because multiple people in multiple phones have been used and this has been going on for a very long time

Loved Neat from the beginning. Was great with desktop software. Then they introduced cloud support. Was mostly great because it synced with Neat cloud. Now they’ve removed desktop software so you no longer have your documents. Only online. Semi ok for the $80 a year. Now this year they basically doubled it because they know you have to pay it if you want your documents. Because of this I am dropping neat for good. I have a feeling a lot of users will too. The entry level is too expensive. So they’ve basically stopped supporting the users that got them started and moved to only supporting businesses. Good while it lasted. Now I have to spend this year downloading each document one by one so I have MY documents that Neat essentially has ransom. If you’re not a neat customer I recommend not starting because of the way they can hold your documents ransom and raise their price whenever they want. And you have to pay or lose your data. The new cloud app is ok on the phone. They are making a little bit of process their... but at the cost of important features (file cabinet). Summary... old Neat was great... new Neat... greedy

I like the app, but you don’t get corrected information when it’s neat says they verified it it’s all wrong. Having to pay to be able to keep it is not right, the app was good but is changed so often, it’s hard to keep re-learning.

Helps keep the receipt clutter down and organizes everything from medical records to tax records. Takes a minute to verify and update but once it’s done you can easily show how much you’ve spent on groceries, gas etc.
Version 2.4.6 doesn’t show receipts!!

The latest version shows entries and the top preview of a receipt, but when you click on the receipt to view it, it displays for 0.5 seconds and the goes black with a circle in the middle. I have to be able to see my receipts to file them properly and for reference. This makes the app useless!
