Seems to be a listening problem – Neat ® Review

I tried this app at the suggestion of a friend... I could sign in and set up the account in the computer but it would not accept my login on my phone.... when I reached out it was suggested that I change my password.... done and same results... apparently with the free trial there is no support. For this to help my my growing small business I need it to work on my phone.... as I could not get the issues figured out and could not see if this fits my need I will be looking elsewhere. I attempted to give them feedback when I canceled my account ... expressing that I did not feel listened to... I got a 500 error upon submission. I found a phone number an email and called to express my frustration... only to be told that I would need to pay to get any help in making the app work.... you know the one that hasn’t worked the past two weeks for me... ?‍♀️ The worst part is I really need something like this but now have to find it elsewhere. Maybe listening to people using and trying to use your app would be a great place to start?
