This is a great app and you can find anything you are looking for pertaining to your health insurance.
I downloaded this app after switching from Aetna to BCBS of IL. Aetna’s app worked beautifully however this app will download and then upon opening it gives me an error... it doesn’t even let me login to my account it won’t even make it that far! Horrible experience.
Terrible update. Shows as out of network, their not out of network!! Does not show all members. BCBS on laptop is correct. NEEDS to be UPDATED again !!!!!!! Get it correct this time. !!!!!!!!
The app used to work great but no longer lets me log in. Always displays a message about “something went wrong on our end, we’re aware of the problem and working to fix it. Please try again later”. That’s fine, except I’ve had this message for months now and nothing has been done to fix it. Already submitted a request to technical support and nothing has been done.
It’s 2020 ... make the app so we can pay our premiums through it. App is way too basic.

It says I don’t have the required permissions. Website allows, iPhone allows. I’ve deleted this thing 5 times but thought just maybe.....
App only shows some claims and information and hides the balance. No logical rhyme or reason for what app shows and what it doesn’t. Do not place any reliance on what is shown in the app. Only use BCBSIL website for accurate information.
I’ve always been able to navigate and find what I need. The portal is very helpful and I’m so glad to have BCBSIL as my insurance coverage.
I have been trying to log in to this app for THREE WEEKS NOW and every time it says that an error has occurred and they know about it and are fixing it. How long does it take to fix this bug?
