This app is terrible. I use LastPass to save my passwords, so this isn’t a problem on my end. Every time I attempt to log in, the app says my password is incorrect. I reset, using the security code, and it still won’t me in. Just awful.
Can not submit claims

Completely useless app- can not submit claims. Tech support is unable to resolve & they then just hang up.

App used to be great. Now every time I go to check information it constantly says something went wrong or diverts me online where it then says the same thing.

The MDLIVE part of the app does not work. I downloaded the MDLIVE app and used that directly. Apparently you guys don’t cover a penny of it so why are you referring your customers to that particular virtual visit option?
