Fue days I have been getting an error saying Sorry something went wrong in our end. Well I've waited and no new update and I've unistalled and reinstalled the app. I still get the error and can't login

After trying to use this app for several months, I’ve finally given up and deleted it. It rarely pulls up my account info, instead getting caught in an infinite loop while logging in. On the rare occasion it does allow me to access my information, it either does not allow me to do anything or directs me to Blue Access for Members. I’ll go back to the mobile web, thanks.
OK App, but can never load my medical card :(

UPDATE: AS PROMISED I’m updating my review to reflect that as of the update pushed 7/9/19 the medical card doesn’t load in the app BUT I am at least able to add it to my apple wallet. Not a 5 star update, but I am ok with giving this 4 stars now. THANK YOU DEVELOPERS AND TEAM!! My original review is below. The app is functional and does an effective job of letting you know your claims and current plan limits (deductible and out of pocket). However, I can’t load my card which would be enough for me to give the app 4/5 stars but it seems I can’t get anyone to help me fix. Can dev help? I would gladly update my review to reflect that devs help customers and fixed bug I am encountering.

Useless: 4 Months And Still Cannot Log In

I wouldn’t know if the app itself is good or bad: I’ve never been able to get past the login screen. I’ve talked to tech support three times. “They’re working on it”. Really? That’s your answer? Meanwhile I can only log in from a computer, but never from the app. What in the world can be so wrong with this app that I can’t log in to my account? Hilariously, every time I try to log in, the text on my app says “something went wrong on our end. We’re aware of the problem, and are working on a solution”. I guess one out of three ain’t bad.

I was skeptical about installing a while ago because of terrible reviews. But I can say I’ve had no issues for a long time now. All features I’ve tried have worked as expected when I needed them.

Can’t get in. Says it’s having trouble finding my info but I haven’t logged in. It never gave me an opportunity to login it.

The app suddenly totally crashed and I cannot log in and says account not allowed. Get to the bottom of this. Was something comprised?
