Don’t expect the EOBs to ever open on the app. Half the time they don’t even open on the website but they literally never work on the app. Pretty useless app to even use at all.

The website doesn’t let me create a account so I thought I should try the app. Doesn’t let me either. Please fix your systems I am trying to create an account since I am new to blue cross.

Where is EOB’s
Home Theater Joe
I’ve used this app several times to look at EOB’s. Not sure where this is in the app but assume it would be in the claims section only I haven’t been able to find it. Everything else seems pretty easy to find.
