Can no longer search for doctors by their name

Only shows list of specialties. I can’t use this to confirm that recommended doctors or facilities are in network.
This more like a website within an app

Nice concept but The well on target pages don’t load all the time and it’s extremely difficult to navigate to the section to update data for challenges and overall assessments. I’m better off using my laptop.
Full of broken links

The links under “find care” are all broken, making it useless for finding a provider in network. The app also can’t get to virtual visits, just another broken link.

Worked for a few days. Then stopped. 3 weeks. Not a word from tech. Still no answer
Log in issues.

I’ve been having log in issues for the past 6 months. The site keeps telling me we are aware of the problem on our end and are trying to fix it. Really. 6 months !
