Provider finder loads only 60% of the time. One you try to find a provider, it doesn’t remember your zip code. And when you have to select your procedure, there isn’t a search bar, so you have to scroll through every single procedure that exists on god’s burning earth to find yours.
App never works

It tries to load and then I get a generic failure. Emailed the dev team and they'll initially respond and nothing gets fixed. It's been months. Ridiculous as it's not a new phone and it worked fine on an older model.
What’s the point

Coverage, ID card, spending view do not load properly. Only transactions are functional.

Nothing is updated. You still can’t call providers from the app without it crashing or showing a blank screen!
