New update creeps crashing

Update from 12/15 fixed the crashing issue. App works fine now. New update keeps crashing. App worked fine prior to update! Date of update: 12/14/19. iOS 12.4.4

You’d think a multi-billion $ company could afford to have an app that works more than just once in a while. I don’t know what’s worse, the app or the website. I used the “forgot my username” took just to verify I wasn’t putting in something incorrect. It verifies I’m not. I even went through and reset my password. Only for it to say “Member not found”. Useless. I’m being generous by providing 2 stars.
Broken and needs repair

This app cannot display any of my Claims. When I go to the website I can view all my claims for the year. Conclusion: The app is broken.
Won’t open

Every time I go to open app, it’s gives me an error message.. and says it’s their error try again but after 2 weeks I’m done trying!
Cannot Log In

It appears that the issue another user reported IN JULY still hasn’t been addressed. The app doesn’t allow users to register or log in. What is most frustrating is that users don’t get this message until after they have been asked to enter all of their info.

Hello, this is more of a question than a review. As of last year I was unable to pay my medical insurance through the app and I thought they would have edited it to where you CAN pay your premium through the app, but don’t see that option....

The “cost estimator” is not giving me estimates for care, it only lists care giver information. Also, to find a care provider is nearly impossible! I search for my area through the app and it gives me 0 doctors in my area. I finally just googled who accepts BCBSIL in my area and found dozens of options. The only value in this app is as a secondary insurance card, but most places still require a hard copy. I miss Aetna...
EOB never loads

Have not been able to view any EOBs in the claims area. They work fine on a PC, but not in the app.
Needs update

Last couple updates do not work. Worked fine until new year 2020. Can’t view EOB’s. Have a couple from end of year 2019, that can’t view.
