Had a hard time trying to decide whether or not I was gonna give a 2 or 3 and the only reason it got a 3 is because there’s not a half star and the fact that My insurance info is pretty accessible through the app is why it got such a high score. Trying to find a provider in this app is pointless. The only information you have is the name and location. There no other information on them ex. rating, specialty, who they cater to, etc. which leaves you to have to google it and god forbid you do that at the same time, because if you try it resets the app and here you are beginning your search again and back at step 1! I am not the kind of person who chooses a provider because their name sounds cool. I want to know a little more details so that my time and theirs isn’t being wasted! I don’t know, if you’re going to develop an app to make things “more convenient and accessible” then you should actually do that or don’t give the option at all.

Love this app! Much easier to navigate on a cellphone than the website. Everything I need is in one place.

This app is absolute trash. I forgot my username and password and requested to update this information. The app indicated that I would receive an email with further instructions. Days later, I still haven’t received an email. The app developers for this company are absolutely incompetent and have no idea how to build a useable app.

You can submit a claim through the app. You can’t get on message center through the app. You can’t do anything but see basic information. I can submit a claim for my dogs in 5 clicks and a few pictures ALL FROM MY PHONE!!! For a big insurance company that claims to care about its customers, they sure do make it hard to take advantage of the benefits I’m paying for.

For some reason I can’t see my claims as I did before. Please help or correct the issue.

I have never been able to get past logging in. I’ve update the app, my phone and the same window pops up after logging in. “Something went wrong on our end.. blah blah blah”. This has been going on for almost a year and nothing happens. Don’t bother downloading the App.
