The app is super slow. It Can’t find any GP in my area. Left reviews for an urgent care but it never showed.

I downloaded the app and tried to register. I scanned my card a few times and it didn’t populate the information. I tried enter the information manually a few times and I was not found. Don’t bother downloading this app, it doesn’t work.
Greeting Dashboard Dollar Amounts

Unless I am missing something, The Individual Deductible progress and Individual Out of Pocket accumulated dollar amounts appear to be only including my out-of-pocket spend from the point of my recently adding the app to my phone. There should be more dollars out of pocket accumulated throughout the year. Excluding copayment charges, more out of pocket expenses have been paid directly to my provider medical group in 2020 using my Flexible Spending account exceeding the $500.00 amount. Otherwise, the App is far easier to find information on claims, etc. than the website. Very user friendly.

Do a better job at quality control before releasing to the public. Can’t select anything less than 30 miles when refining the search. Can’t switch to a different page besides one. Scrolling is cumbersome. Who the heck gave the green light on this? Better off using the website. Do better.

BCBS App Issue
This app will not let me sign in to BCBS with a medigap policy. Crazy. I can’t look up any information. Won’t allow me to sign in
Keeps turning off cellular data - USELESS

Went to pick up meds and could access app since it keeps turning cellular data off. Uninstalled app and reinstalled, turned phone on and off. Insane!!! Completely useless
