I’ve deleted several times and come back in hopes glitches would be fixed. No provider info available no ID card available. Something went wrong is a common message on this app.
App never works even when they said there was a fix

It tries to load and then I get a generic failure. Emailed the dev team and they'll initially respond and nothing gets fixed. It's been months. Ridiculous as it's not a new phone and it worked fine on an older model. Update 10/31 Still doesn’t work Initially heard from devs, then nothing unacceptable
Some features don’t work

Every time I try to the find care in network feature it never works. Other than that the app if pretty functional. I would give more stores but I believe that the feature if a vital part of the app.
Doesn’t work at all and they don’t plan to fix it.

Worst app ever. Hasn’t worked for months. When you call support, they say there is a known issue but no expected timeframe for resolution. Horrible.
New version of app doesn’t load

New version of app refuses to load. Obviously a huge bug if it doesn’t work at all now.

I tried using the app and it forced me to update. It it never completes, so essentially I can’t use the app!

App is crashing with the update. Seriously... and the link to app support doesn’t go to app support. Hope they figure it out...
Never works

This app never works. This is a medical insurance app and people are on vacation on Sunday or Saturday when the app is not working. Because government doesn’t consider BCBS as a criminal what they do, I hope Apple can take action.
