Terrible app. Just terrible.

I get an error message every time I try to login. This is both on my iPhone and iPad. My login works on the website, so it is not a username or password issue. I talked to tech support and they filed a report for my issue to be reviewed by IT. After 6 days the issue still exists. Tech support can not give me a timeline on when it will be fixed. The best they can do is tell me to keep trying to login every couple days until it’s fixed. I’ve never had such problems with an app. What a useless app.
Can’t view claims

I called into the internet support and was asked to delete the app and reinstall. I am still not able to view my claims under “member”. Only my husband and daughter show up. This is the main reason I wanted the app and since I can not view my claims, I am only giving it one star.
Something went wrong on our end error message

I'm Continuously greeted with this message when trying to sign in to the app. I was advised to uninstall and reinstall the app. However, nothing seems to resolve the issue. I can log in on my PC as well as on my mobile device, so the issue seems to be isolated within the app.

I love this insurance company, however, whenever I need to sign in to the mobile app, I’m always told that my password is incorrect... quite frustrating that I am always changing my pw.

I’ve had nothing but problems since I’ve started using the app. It first started with an issue logging in, and finally after a few weeks of trying, I was able to log in, but not to find in-network providers near me. My understanding is that Blue Cross Blue Shield is the best insurance company out there, and the fact that they are having these very basic issues, whether it’s with their app or their system, is very shocking and disappointing. I hope they fix it soon.
App crashes

The app crashes I tried opening the app using FaceID it crashed. So I tried using my password it crashed. Help...fix it!
