What’s the point?

crisroc90

Why build an app that doesn’t allow me to access my own medical information? All I want to do is pull up my member card. Nope, can’t do it. Maybe I’ll add it to my Apple Wallet. Nope! Think again, buddy! What. Is. The. Point???????

Meh.

It would be nice to be able to actually use the MDLive feature but all I ever get is the “oops! Something went wrong” message.

Something Went Wrong

BC29mom39

Provider Finder NEVER works, “Something Went Wrong”. Chats are frustrating to say the least.

App never works

Jasdia

Horrible app all I use this app for is to find doctors in my network however I always get the error message “we’re having trouble loading your coverage information” if you all aren’t gonna update this app periodically and test it to make sure it’s functioning properly then why have an app at all? I always have to login online to find providers in my network.

Clunky & Incomplete

SGChicago82

Not only does this app have issues loading content, but the information isn’t always complete (Ex. wrong provider phone number).

This app never works

How many tech guys does it take to make this application to work? It’s horrible, nothing on it works exept the part that you can log in. Fix your app BlueCross BlueShield.

Can’t log in also provider finder will not work

ryno1217

For almost a week I’ve been trying to use the provider finder and it says there’s a issue or the servers are down so I contacted tech support multiple times and still no fix so I thought maybe if I delete the app and reinstall it would fix it but now I can’t even log in says they are having issues to try again later I gave it a one star but if zero stars was a option I’d definitely give it

Not fully functional

JenGeeJen

This is app is good for checking your deductible & claims. Unfortunately, Well on Target never fully loads & is basically useless. Too bad it’s not a fully functional app.

Useless: 4 Months And Still Cannot Log In

I’m updating my review, but it won’t be any more complimentary. Why does this app exist, when it works so poorly for so many dissatisfied users (me included)? I actually believed the developers robo-response to my bad review 3 months ago, and sent them email as requested: still no reply from them! The really audacious part is that they continue to market the convenience of their non-app relentlessly online and via email. And it worries me that a company that is trying to present itself as caring for customers doesn’t get how their inaction tarnishes that caring image. BCBSIL, don’t waste my time with another auto-response: I already know that “something went wrong on your end, you’re aware of it the problem, and you’re working on a solution”. I wouldn’t know if the app itself is good or bad: I’ve never been able to get past the login screen. I’ve talked to tech support three times. “They’re working on it”. Really? That’s your answer? Meanwhile I can only log in from a computer, but never from the app. What in the world can be so wrong with this app that I can’t log in to my account? Hilariously, every time I try to log in, the text on my app says “something went wrong on our end. We’re aware of the problem, and are working on a solution”. I guess one out of three ain’t bad.

Find your provider doesn’t work

MaElenaHdL

It would be so helpful if the tab for finding an in network provider worked. I’ve called them, waited for hour to get in touch with IT. Sent emails with specifics to IT department....nothing. I’ve tried using other policies HMO or PPO it doesn’t mater the providers don’t show. Please make this app work! Thank you.
