I was trying to pay using my bank information in the file it didn’t work and I had enough money in the account I have to use the e-check from the same account to finally pay Hmm not cool

The app turns off and on quite a bit and then it works kind of slow while it’s on.

Scanning my emails but no access to claims.

Apparently this is the only way you can track a claim. I’m not an Allstate customer but was told to get the app to track a claim that I made against an Allstate customer. I’ve created an account, loaded the app. The first thing it wants to do is give it access to my email. I am reluctant but can’t seem to go around it. After all the crap of allowing access to my email and scanning my email for my digital footprint there’s zero options to see claims, add a claim to view or really do anything besides see my digital footprint. Request help through chat and I’m directed to the website that tells me to get the app. A second request through chat basically tells me they don’t know what to do.

It has been three months since the auto accident with the other party at fault. It took Allstate THREE MONTHS to start the process to ask the at-fault party to pay. The ONLY REASON Allstate started the process is because I called my agent to escalate this. Claim’s Department had the necessary paperwork right after the accident but did nothing. I would NOT recommend Allstate as they are $100 more expensive and are NOT RESPONSIVE. I am NOT IN “GOOD HANDS.”
