We tried twice to file a claim following an accident. Both times the app hung up trying to upload photo #1. Unfortunately if you have started the claim process via the mobile app, it is nearly impossible to get anywhere with Allstate via another avenue. My agent e-mailed the photos, they wouldn't accept them because they didn't come in via the app, but the app doesn't work. Meanwhile, I still have a damaged vehicle, an estimate from the body shop, and no response from Allstate. Don't bother,

Convenient and easy to use. I like having the ability to print my cards. I use Drivewise to track my son's driving.
Won't upload my photos

I have an open claim that I need to upload photos for. It won't let me and just gives me an error. I've tried multiple ways to do it and no luck.
