This app is great to have on hand for Insurance cards, making payments, claims, adding vehicles and any policy questions I may have. I can also track my drive wise and even make a claim right from the app. I was able to get roadside assistance using the app as well and track the services step by step until they service worker arrived.

Isn’t recognizing me as a driver

The app had issues and wouldn’t log data and now won’t recognize me as a driver or let me sign up again. It’s saying I was unenrolled but says I have to be the one enrolling when I try to.
Drains battery

Ever since the latest update, the app drains a huge chunk of battery! My phone’s battery usage shows Allstate using 28% of my battery over the last 24 hours. That’s a lot! This is the first time this has happened, but until it’s fixed I’m going to need to uninstall.
