Works 20% of the time, doesn't give notifications of bill payment being received for 2-3 days. Doesn't show your account being credited when you get your payment drafted, using the paperless billing system.

Very easy to use and makes taking care of insurance a breeze. Wish I had known about this sooner to avoid paying on the phone!

This is a pretty solid app. It lets you have mobile insurance cards and make payments easily. My only issue with the app so far is that lately I'll try to sign in and it says "sorry service unavailable please call us". When I need to log in I would really like to do so.

When this app works, it's very useful. The interface is great, very user friendly. If it consistently worked, I'd give it a 5 star. Original review below..... This app was great until recently, when it just stopped working. I can't log in at all, just says session invalid before and after I try to log in. I emailed mobile support and got no reply. Please fix!

Allstate app needs fingerprint ID

This app makes you enter the password every time. Very inconvenient. Just like some financial institution apps, this one needs fingerprint ID as well.
