If I try to log in through the server it says I need to download the app. So I did in the app I don’t have access to anything besides setting up drive wise or watching a YouTube video which is ridiculous. I’m not an Allstate insured I was hit by someone. This is so stressful and inconvenient! What a joke!

I literally have to turn off the location being on all the time every two days because it drains my battery even when I’m not using the app it’s tracking me and it’s draining my battery

I get alerts on my phone then when I log in, I don’t see any issues. My drive wise doesn’t show my trips even though I have all the settings on correctly.

Overall app is pretty good. The issue I’m having is I will get notifications or emails about things happening with my account. When I click on links it will just open my app but doesn’t show anything about what I should be looking at. Most apps open up to exactly the notification should be seen but not this one. Please update to show what is actually needing to be seen.

I just read the posted review about drivewise, it was stated perfectly! The only thing I could add is that drivewise is a JOKE, and you’re trapped in this never ending mess!! And, an even bigger joke is that review I read was written TWO YEARS ago and nothing has changed!!! Obviously Allstate does not care!! My recommendation is to shop somewhere else, I am!
App is not accurate

Just checked the data and according to the app, I haven’t driven my car since mid November 2021. That is VERY WRONG!! I’ve been to various places and none of those miles are showing. Not helpful since it is supposed to be recording so my premium is given a discount. How is that to work if it thinks the car hasn’t moved in about THREE MONTHS!! Which is ridiculous! Fix this thing!!
