DriveWise needs Improvement!!
AllState Needs Updated
I have a little kid that likes to play on my phone when we are in the car. DriveWise interprets this as ME, the driver, being on my phone WHILE I AM DRIVING. There is no place to enter that info or have it changed so I’m forced to always remove it as a trip.

I have numerous policies with Allstate and as a result get way way too many ambiguous emails. While the emails should say this is about your landlord policy at 123 Main St, IT DOES NOT. So I’ve been struggling to pay a policy late, lost my discount and waiting for your system to come back online for two days now. This is becoming a pain in the butt and I’m considering changing to a different company.

Do not withdraw any money. We dropped Allstate 11/1/21 and selected another company. I have emailed this company several times that we no longer use them. Rae Winders Cole

Main issues: Start on a trip only to discover that the app has been updated again and I don’t have time to delay my departure while waiting to update. Does Allstate realize what a pain this constant updating of the app is for customers??? Drivewise doesn’t record many of my trips so basically it’s not giving me a correct discount. More often than not, the fingerprint id doesn’t work or the app is unavailable. Enough said….

I’m able to log into my account on the phone browser. I can log in on the computer. But whenever I put the same credentials in on the app it tells me wrong username and password. That’s impossible. Because I then go back to the phone browser or computer and I can log right in using the same information. App is trash
