Allstate has never let me down! For over 25 years, they have been there time and time again. I live out in the country, so an occasional run-in with a deer is expected. Just completed the repairs from my latest adventure with Mr. Big Buck, and the claim was handled with the utmost efficiency. From the arrangements with the collision shop to the car rental and return, I could not have asked for an easier experience! Thanks, Allstate; you will ALWAYS have my business - life, home, and auto!!

I just read the posted review about drivewise, it was stated perfectly! The only thing I could add is that drivewise is a JOKE, and you’re trapped in this never ending mess!! And, an even bigger joke is that review I read was written TWO YEARS ago and nothing has changed!!! Obviously Allstate does not care!! My recommendation is to shop somewhere else, I am!

Been with All State for several years now and believe payments could be lowered as have not received any accidents nor tickets. My son purchased an auto but All State quit was over 1000 dollars higher so being a new owner but with six years of no accidents an drivers Ed I think they could have made a lower policy.

This app won’t let me access it more than half the time. Tells me there’s an issue so I end up going on line and paying my bill that way. Fairly worthless app
Drivewise login

Need a convenient way to login when turning Drivewise on and off. I have classic car on a different insurance, so I have to turn it off when I drive it, but the login should be a face-ID for convenience. The derivewise on-off should be convenient and not hidden. This is a recurring task that happens daily and the task of changing should be easier.

I do not recommend this Insurance they treat Latinos very badly they do not have staff in Spanish and we had an accident I was doing the report with a Spanish translator and suddenly they cut me off and never called me back.
