This app is so broke. Reached out to customer service only to find out they are even bad. Cannot link second driver to drivewise. Second driver name does not match policy number error. After requesting access code Email arrives after 3-4 hrs.

AllState Amy Downs office Bardstown Ky is one of the best around! If you are looking for a insurance company this is definitely the one, I have never had a issue out of them since day one.

Allstate is a terrible insurance company with bad business practices. You can get better coverage at lower rates anywhere else. BEWARE

Start with the login screen. Password. Black field on a dark blue background. Like a dungeon .That field should smite like a sunrise. The FAQ refers to a billing screen. Didn’t find anything with that name. Never did find the billing info either. This APP is a burden to use. Why not make it a joy?

This app is so bad. If I could Give it 0 stars i would, I don’t know how it’s so highly rated. I got into an accident with one of their insured, filed a claim and everything. But the moment you try to log in to see your claim on a computer/website it will tell you to get the app. BUT THERE IS NOTHING ABOUT CLAIMS ON THE APP. Like why are you making us check things on an app when you have a website. Makes no sense.

The app will not consistently pick up my drives. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app daily to get my drives to register. It works for the first few drives after installing and then quits recording them.
