Scanning my emails but no access to claims. – Allstate® Mobile Review

Apparently this is the only way you can track a claim. I’m not an Allstate customer but was told to get the app to track a claim that I made against an Allstate customer. I’ve created an account, loaded the app. The first thing it wants to do is give it access to my email. I am reluctant but can’t seem to go around it. After all the crap of allowing access to my email and scanning my email for my digital footprint there’s zero options to see claims, add a claim to view or really do anything besides see my digital footprint. Request help through chat and I’m directed to the website that tells me to get the app. A second request through chat basically tells me they don’t know what to do.
