Big issue with notifications

Dear app devs, if you want to send me notifications and indicate that using the app icon, then give me a way to see those notifications when I open the app. There is no notifications button or anything in the app. This is very basic stuff.

The I thought was good. Everything was easy to find. Until I went to pay a bill and couldn’t get into the app A message popped up that said we are sorry there is an issue on our end and we are trying to fix it FOR OVER 2 MONTHS. I deleted the app and reinstalled and have no issue as of now.

I set up autopay but my credit card was renewed. Instead of letting me Know the app accepted the card. Then said later it didn't go through and charged me a late fee. This is unacceptable. The agent should have called or emailed.
If and when is like not at all

It just doesn’t work consistently enough. Just day to day stuff, or right when you’re at the notary, or need a copy of your VIN, or Title No. or if you get pulled over.

I never answer calls from others insurance but gaby she was so professional and end listen all my options so I can save money on my car Insurnace thank you . After 10 years with State Farm now I’ know I’m going start save some with the right hands all state

Great to see my policy but useless to request road assistance. Whenever I requested it, it gave me an “opps, invalid input”. I had to order the tow truck from the website. Please fix the app!

So the app is fairly useless, when I want to use it I don’t have my password handy, so can’t use it! Why??
