Horrible Claim Service – Allstate® Mobile Review
It has been three months since the auto accident with the other party at fault.
It took Allstate THREE MONTHS to start the process to ask the at-fault party to pay.
The ONLY REASON Allstate started the process is because I called my agent to escalate this.
Claim’s Department had the necessary paperwork right after the accident but did nothing.
I would NOT recommend Allstate as they are $100 more expensive and are NOT RESPONSIVE.
I am NOT IN “GOOD HANDS.”
