App keeps crashing!

This app is terrible. Supposedly they fixed things but now I've been kicked out of my account and unable to log back in because it keeps crashing. It's also the only way to cancel a premium subscription which is ridiculous. I should be able to do that online. TERRIBLE APP!

App doesn’t show my dog’s walk and won’t let me contact support through chat feature

I am continuously unable to track my dog’s walk and when I try to get help and contact support, the app doesn’t do anything. I became a premium member thinking it would be worth it but these issues concern me. I cannot ensure my dog’s safety and cannot get help from customer support.

No Background Checks- MURDERER in my home

Wag did not do a thorough background check and hired a MURDERER to come in and take care of my dog. Walk was supposed to occur in the AM, I came back an hour after it should’ve ended and walker was drunk in my home- completely belligerent- and would NOT leave even when I demanded. Some time after I finally got him to leave it took me 3 seconds to google his name and found an article (with his picture so I KNOW it’s the same man) stating how he *served time for murder*. When I reported this WAG DID NOTHING AT ALL. I do not recommend this for your safety or your dogs safety!! Do not download!!

App crashing on load

App is consistently crashing on load. Separately, during peak times, no walkers are available and they do a pretty poor job communicating this. Maybe introduce surge pricing like Uber?

PLEASE DON’T DOWNLOAD THE APP. The walker that was assigned for a walk came into MY HOME with ANOTHER UNIDENTIFIED STRANGER!!! I wouldn’t even have noticed if I didn’t checked my cameras while I was gone on vacation . I reached out to customer service more than five times by email and calling back-and-forth and I didn’t solve a thing, I requested a manager to get manager approval to get a refund for terrible service provided & the membership. Nothing has been resolved as of now, they don’t care about pets or their owners at all.

Booked a 1hr walk, 2hrs before the scheduled time. Was assigned a walker that did not end up coming, he didn’t cancel the walk either. Long story short, walker did not ever arrive, my poor girl ended up peeing and pooping all over my carpet. I reached out to the walker that did not respond till way later. I tried reaching Wag support both chat or phone and couldn’t get a rep till the day after. Rep just credited me for the walk and offered their “sincerest sympathies”- that’s cool, but I have to pay $150 for a carpet cleaner to come and clean the mess. I don’t usually offer an alternative company in a review because it discredits the review so I won’t. But you can Google other app based dog walking services that will do a better job and taking care of their customers. I used to use Wag every day, not anymore. Spend your money with another service that cares about their customers. And any canned response they (may) potentially respond with on here is too little too late. I called customer service this morning and spent 30min on the phone and was offered nothing in return for the massive headache I have to deal with now all while heading to the airport after work. Thanks Wag, I’ll be sure to not recommend you to fellow dog owners.
