Wag Walker Left Door Open

I’ve been using Wag almost weekly for a few years now — while the app is convenient, their customer services is unacceptable. The Customer Service (CS) team is difficult to reach, unresponsive, and not helpful. I live in New York City and came home to find my apartment door not only unlocked, but completely open (leash in the doorway), and my dog wondering outside my apartment and inside my buildings corridors. I immediately contacted their CS team but was unable to reach someone by phone so I sent a text— it took their team over 13 hours to respond advising that someone would be contacting me directly within 24-48 hours. That’s almost 3 days after my apartment was left open for theft. Today is the 3rd day and still have not received a response.

I have had a great experience with this service. The customer service is above and beyond. The walkers and dog sitters are trustworthy and professional. It takes such a weight off my mind to know that my pups are out having a great time and getting some exercise while I’m at work.

So I contacted support to cancel a walk, and they said my schedule was cleared. I went online and there a 4 walks scheduled for the next 2 days. How can they have 2 different people scheduled for exactly the same times? Cancellation and scheduling is impossible with these people.

I work for wag (the app isn’t available through the App Store so I have to leave my rating here) in downtown Portland, Ore. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get any walks! The walker app is not user friendly or well organized. I wish I could get my money back for the background check. I started around 4 months ago and I haven’t been able to get ANY walks since they’re so few and far between, and any walks that are available get taken so quickly. Really really disappointed.

Me and my bro team up on this great app. We make the MILFs send photos first. Then one of us shows up for the dog. I drop by 5 minutes later with a pizza box in cut offs and tight tank top pretending to be a delivery boy. After we laugh at the mix up I eventually convince her to get nasty! It’s great. I usually steal small jewelry and food when my bro shows up. I love wag. But I wish the housewives would post photos upfront to help us weed out the hanky ones. Just sayin.

I have been using wag for a few week and love the updates on his walk,the customer service is fantastic keeping you updated. When a scheduled walker had trouble they had a replacement in 45 min. I had a schedule change and needed Max to be walked ASAP,Kelly arrived in the hour. Max doesn’t like other dogs and is a big boy and all the walkers handle him with no problem.
