They have lost my dog TWICE

FitnessPalGal

Do NOT use this service! Their team is horrible at emergency response and they will let anyone walk your dog! My dog was lost and the walker WENT HOME! All the support team did was call and give me a $20 credit. Luckily I found my dog myself. Will not be using their service again.

Awesome app /PAWsome walkers!!

lola's human

Easy to use app and I can track the walk (with useful info ONLY a “dog mom” would ever want to know!!). Pictures and a note from the walker at the end. I found Jacob through the app and he is super sweet and patient with my 13yr old dachshund. Clearly understands dogs. Responsible and reliable. Highly recommend using WAG!!

Crashing app

Ryeeb

First off they made me buy the $30 shirt to become a walker.. The app is always crashing and the only time it works for me when I click to claim a walk someone gets it before me. What a waste

Great

Alexandra Herrera in Santa Clarita is fantastic! So wonderful with my big dog. Alexandra is so kind , gentle and trustworthy. I only let Alexandra care for my dog!!!!

Racism?

nina_bear32

I was match with white person then switched to black girl because I am black ..I’m all for peoples comfortability but that’s sad.its abt the dog not the owner .

Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

Today is the 4th time that the app has changed my scheduled walk to 2 hours earlier then planned. The 4th time!!!! The icing on the cake is when my regular walker doesn’t show up (knowing the walk should be 12:30pm) they send a random stranger to walk the dog. My dog needs a meet & greet with all new people, she is a rescue that gets nervous and snips. Wag’s customer service team is useless, they can’t seem to get this technical issue fixed and will not credit my account for these unacceptable changes.

Walker never show up!!!

Kuceebaby

This company has left my kiddo 11 times with no one to let him out and no communication. My friends work the same hours as me and I have no nearby family for help, so I kept exhausting my options. If you do find other help after HOURS of waiting, they charge you a cancellation fee as if that’s reasonable—- please use other resources if you care about your pet actually relieving themselves or getting exercise!!!

Software improvements required!

I love my and my dog Jeffrey’s experiences w the Wag! community of walkers but the app itself is in need of many improvements, not the least of which is fixing the time issue that has resulted every time I’ve requested a walk at a precise time.

NEVER USE FOR DOG SITTING

meg ann m.

I had a scheduled sitter for a 2 nights. In my application I put never to leave my dog for more than 4 hours at a time. The dog sitter not only left my dog home alone for almost 10 hours but she also LEFT completely after I confronted her about her leaving my dog alone for an extended period of time. Wag did not find someone else to go to my apartment & because I was a plane ride away from home my dog was unfortunately left by herself for a full 24 hours. They are “investigating” it but can not tell me if this walker was terminated after leaving my dog due to “privacy” .... so she could still be out there giving minimal to no care for other dogs which is terrifying. I have put so much money into wag walks for my dog but this situation was unbelievable and disgusting. Not to mention more than HALF of your money goes to the app and not even the walker or sitter. So if you’re looking to throw money away for mediocre walks and dog services this app is for you!

A ref

My sister, Jenny Devlin asked me to send a referral she needs to partake in your service. I highly recommend her for any position dealing with animals. Her heart goes out to help injured pets and strays. She has loved the unlovable animals. I have seen her “gift” interacting primarily with dogs all her adult life. A vet once joked with her saying she needs to be set up as a retainer as she would bring in strays and pay the price. Some very lucky dogs will be happy to make another referral for her in no time. I’ve witnessed Jenny’s care for animals for over 50 years. A wonderful thing to observe, Mary Devlin
