I love my walkers, but the app is hard to use. If I try to trace a message for today, I might get a message from a walk from days ago. Finding the message from today is unlikely too. I have been informed that a walk was cancelled when it wasn’t. I have had three walks when I only needed two. Hard.

Most of the time the walkers will drop your dog walk moments before the scheduled walk. It’s sad that people can be so irresponsible especially when dealing with pets. If you use this app it may be beneficial to you and your pets to have a back up plan for when they don’t show up or cancel last min while your working or out of town. Response to developers reply: messaging directly doesn’t change the outcome of the walkers not being reliable or you holding them accountable. “A walker of my choosing” isn’t helpful either, I don’t know these people which is why I require a service. I’d like to have a service I can count in to help with my pet. That is what we PAY for.

I’ve been a customer for years and suddenly my app stopped working. I’ve deleted the app and re installed it, restarted my phone, and done everything I’ve think of to troubleshoot. I even sent an email to your support email and the response I got back was to go into the app to contact support since you don’t monitor your support email! I can’t even do that! How frustrating- It seems that every time I re download the app and log in with my credentials it crashes, but when I try and “create” a new log in, it works perfectly. I do not, however, want to create a new login or another account since I have my favorite walkers and my pups information all set on this one. Please help! I’ve used you guys for over 5 years and would hate to change over to Rover!

In the year or so I have used this app the following has occurred. 1) I was robbed by my walker 2) my dog was attacked by another dog while on a walk 3) countless no shows 4) the day before Thanksgiving our dog sitter cancelled. I am in Illinois the dog is in Miami. No call, no text, no show, no solution but to fly home thanksgiving day. The convenience is tempting but they will make you pay. NEVER use this app. On the above issues we have never once gotten a refund, a sorry, a credit to our account. When we were robbed they took zero liability. This company couldn’t be worse.

Ok here’s my situation and wag needs to fix it. I can’t use the app without giving the walker a rating (I get it) but here’s is the problem I want to give my walker a bad rating BECAUSE THEY CANT READ INSTRUCTIONS but I have the same person booked for the next day. Because it’s to late to change walkers.( because I’m forced to pay a 5 dollar cancelation fee within 24 hours) Now I am forced to give a 4 star (which I want to give lower) but this walker is going to see it and now my pets and home are in their hands. What if they hold a grudge, what if they mess up my house? or worse mess with my animals? This is a HUGE flaw on wags end , it needs to be addressed and fixed because I shouldn’t have to pay 5 dollars ( within 24 hour cancellation fee) because my walkers can’t follow descriptive instructions written out as plain and simple as possible and since I can’t use the app without rating previous walker.

App barely works now. It’s full of bugs. I couldn’t update my address. I couldn’t contact support. A lot of the functions just didn’t work.
It’s gone downhill severely

I used Wag for years and hundreds of walks. I took the hit of multiple price increases, doing away with credits and needing to pay for premium. I’ve had great walkers, and I’ve had terrible ones. I have had several who didn’t rekennel my dog after the walk or didn’t put his cone back on when he was going through a skin infection. Needless to say, we came home to my dog bleeding and hurting. Most recently, despite paying for premium service, they never can find me a walker. I requested a refund for the premium service since I’m obviously not being treated as a premium customer. I received $9 in credits. What a joke. I can’t even spend them since they can’t seem to ever book a walker. I will be deleting the app after nearly 6 years of being a loyal customer. Stick with Rover instead.

Well that pretty much sums up wag for you. The app isn’t user-friendly. Who’s the project manager? What are they thinking? Are they thinking? It’s petty of them to block my user id instead of them fixing their app.
