This Bank is way behind in the times

This dinosaur app is so slow. All it does is load and load. They’re ATMs are dinosaurs as well. If you do find one of their ATMs that isn’t out of service it takes forever to do anything and their deposits never work. They build these new high end bank buildings but can’t catch up on technology. Revamp your app and ATMs or I will go to another bank that’s with the times.

I used to love this app. Now it’s so so slow and many times just spins on loading and goes nowhere. I need a reliable banking app which means I’ll likely have to move to another bank if this doesn’t get resolved.

There are ads for union bank that show people depositing checks with this app. Too bad the app won’t allow me to do that.

The app needs to be updated, it is incredibly clunky, slow, and doesn’t even fit larger displays? This application is TERRIBLE and needs and update ASAP. So many bugs and issues it’s maddening.

iPhone X came out in 2017 and still not update

It’s an unpleasant hassle to find my account balance (when it doesn’t even show the cents.) I don’t understand why I have to click through tabs and then a pop up screen. It could be much simpler.

The new updates have been out awhile and I keep hoping that the web development team is actually paying attention to feedback. They are not. Why did I only give it 1 star? Because, once again, I opened the application but it wouldn’t load. I tried on both WiFi and over cellular data. It *finally* brought up the “fingerprint” screen... then promptly timed itself out when I put my thumb on the unlock panel. I had to close it and reopen it about 5 times. Some mornings it won’t open at all. Frustration #2 is that the application is very cartoon-looking, with an old-school iOS interface. I wouldn’t mind this, except even when it finally opens and I can login, it runs and loads soooooo slooooooowwwwly. Frustration #3 is that I was looking forward to being able to see *all* of my most recent transactions, but when I hit that option on the screen, it only brings up my current available balance, date of last deposit, etc. The update has been out for a long time. Are they still “working out kinks” or is it finally safe to assume that whoever wrote the program for UBT for iPhones had no idea what they were doing?

This app was great before the last big update. Now it’s slow, clumsy and not nearly as intuitive as the previous version. For a bank that charges such high fees, you would think they could afford a more functional app. I absolutely hate the way this app looks, and performs. From the layout to my to the operation, it’s pure garbage.

May work on tablets..near useless on a phone.

I loved the previous version on my phone, this one just makes navigation a pain in the arse. All the stupid ads for services blocking entry fields, and hiding text underneath them. Yeah, these enhancements make it easier for UB&T to do some things...but isn’t the point to make it easier for customers to do things?

Please for the love of every modern phone update the resolution used in this app. The layout and speed are crap, but at least get the app on retina. It’s only been standard for 5 years on iPhones you’d think a developer would release an app that fit the phone screen. You guys can’t even release an update until you do this based on apples new store rules so I wonder how long till we see an update on this app.
