I used to love this app

Before the update this app was so simple to use and great for checking my balance on the go. Ever since the update every time I open the app it frustrates me because it’s slow and it looks bad. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because I can look at my credit card balance as well and don’t have to get out my computer to pay a bill. I really hope there’s plans to continue updating this app to make it more user friendly, whoever designed this version did a really bad job. I really just wish it would go back to the way it was before.

This is slow and not instant. Takes time to load every page. Horrible. Can’t imagine why they changed it. Not easy to view past transaction. And the type is faint and hard to read.

The app was just fine before they did the stupid update and made everything look like absolute crap. Not to mention, they made it harder to navigate everything, and it stopped showing my balances for certain accounts with no way to fix it. I can’t believe how excited Union was to put out such a terrible app.

This ap does not work properly! Touch recognition just throws you out of the ap, there’s no way to save your username, so login takes forever typing all that stuff in-if you’re even able to login, because most the time it flashes that you’re offline!!!! Home page is jam packed full of crap no one will ever use and difficult to navigate. Slow and annoying.

I have been using the union bank and trust app as long as it has existed. The recent update in April 2018 decreased functionality and made online banking clumsy and frustrating. Now when I open the app it tries to open my old session even if it is several hours old. The app stalls out and I must wait before I can login. Transfers and balance checks take much longer. I keep checking for updates in vain. I really hope this app will be updated. Right now I feel like I’m a beta tester.

You guys used to have such a great mobile app. What happened?? It’s so clunky and slow now and takes 3x the steps to do what I want a mobile banking app for - making check deposits and quickly checking how much money is in my account. It makes me sad because it used to be so great. :(

First off the new app isn’t even optimize for retina screen so it’s blowing up the keyboard and all system prompts. It looks like absolute crap. Now you have to go through three screens to get to your account balance. This is a crap update.
Handy to have, but quite dated

The new update is nice to have the Touch ID function, and the ability to transfer between accounts is always nice. However, from the graphics to the functionality it seems to have gone at least five years back in time. The biggest improvement would be to have app notifications. There is a signup for email or phone notifications, but no app notifications.
