With Union Bank & Trust’s free UBTgo Mobile App, the bank goes where you go. Here are all of the things you can do:

You must first be an Online Banking user prior to enrolling in Mobile Banking. If you are a current Online Banking user, you can download and enroll in Mobile Banking directly from the app, or log in to Online Banking at ubt.com. From Online Banking, simply click Options and follow the on-screen prompts. Once enrolled, you’ll receive a text message with an activation link.

Awful
ready to leave union bank

Who is developing this? It gets worse with each update. Everyone in my family agrees it’s awful, not user friendly and half of the time the numbers split between 2 lines. I assume your letting a junior high class develop the software. Gets worse and worse, can’t wait for the next update, it will probably just give me a blank screen. I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere because if this is so awful what else is going on I’m not aware of.

Please update the app so I can use faceID for faster login and make the interface suitable for the iPhone X. Other than that I am happy with the app.

Very disappointed in the quality of the app. I have an iPhone X and it doesn’t fit the screen. It is hard to navigate. Very disappointed.


The upgrade sucked

After the “upgrade” the app is glitchy, doesn’t open and closes down frequently. Tho is not an upgrade, it’s by far much worse.


Very slow response and outdated appearance

I wrote a review months ago, and nothing has changed.... disappointing to say the least. I’m going to eventually move my accounts. Not impressed with the slow response time to transfer between accounts. It appears they traded the old mobile app platform for an outdated website with responsive design capabilities on mobile devices. Not impressed.


No Good

This app used to be super easy to use and I never had any problems. But ever since that update, the app hardly ever opens. It sits and thinks and thinks and thinks. It’s incredibly frustrating. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it multiple times and I usually end up just using the browser on my phone because the app does not work.

If all you need to accomplish is the bare minimum then this app will suit you. Check balances and transactions, transfer funds etc...My issue is with the “Payment” tab. You can do very little other than pay your bill. It would be nice to see what payments you have scheduled or edit a payee. With all the technology out there and how popular this bank is in Nebraska, I’m surprised this is the best this banking company and their app developer can come up with...

I’ve used the app for a few years now however they decided to “update” their app to much dismay. In my opinion, it was not an update, it was a down grade. The app doesn’t perform consistently and isn’t integrated well for day to day use. I wish they would return to the old system because I don’t see the benefit of the current operating system. Along with poor operation, the app is just unappealing to use. Again, a big mistake. UBT needs to rethink the app soon. They are severely falling behind competitors.

从我刚开始用这个app的时候,我就觉得这个app的整体效果很差,首先然后我感到违和感的就是这个app的尺寸问题,不知道为什么,它让人看起来很大!接着就是各种操作流程非常的慢,我不知道为什么,是因为程序的优化不够好呢?还是因为服务器响应太慢?我只能勉强给个三星,还有就是每次的更新也没见到优化升级,我记得很早之前的一个版本非常的流畅和舒服,但是这个新版的却非常的鸡肋...让人非常不舒服,本来就只想查个余额,但是每次的登陆还有操作就让人非常不爽!还有我发现现在这个版本没有指纹解锁,每次登陆都需要密码,非常的不舒服,我只希望这个app能全面的优化,提高页面转入的速度和顺滑感,谢谢!


A huge headache

Don’t get me wrong it’s nice to check my balance on the go... when the app works. Which is 30% of the time. I’m never able to check my card statement. Constantly slow and crashing. I have a smaller bank and their app works better, is updated for the newest versions of iPhone, and has Face ID. What’s the issue over there guys? Put some pride in your app, it’s infuriating.
