UBT has by far the worst mobile and online banking of any bank I have ever used, and I have used several.
Connectivity issue

I like the app when it works but so many times I get an attention message - You do not have network connectivity. Please check your connection and try again. This happens when I have full cell phone strength and can also be connected to a Wi-Fi.
Error messages are too generic

Other than the overly generic error messages... (Which... As others have pointed out can be usually fixed by typing in your credentials properly) The app is solid and MUCH better than the original WAP version when UBT got started in the mobile banking game.

My only problem is the password format (2 lowercase, 2 uppercase, then whatever) it's hard to memorize and I would much rather choose my own.
Full of bugs!

The app never loads. I just sit in the now loading page. I have had the app for several months now and it has worked twice. I'm better off saving a bookmark to the website as an icon and using that. Not worth downloading. I'm removing from my phone, space is too valuable to waste on this app.

Loooove it! So handy to use, when your not able to check your balance. Only downfall is when you have to uninstall the app, when it is like froze on the loading page!
