The first version was good. Nothing spectacular but at least it worked. This version is hard to use and had bugs often. Definitely the worst app I use on my phone.

I have found the new version to work well on my iPhone and was a great feature to add fingerprint login which works well for me.

Seriously this app is rudimentary and functions like something created in 20 minutes. Update it for the 21st Century please. The top notification bar is magnified and so is the rest of the app. When clicking on things, there is a substantial wait time as well as a transition animation that is unpleasing. It could be changed to have an interface much more like other iOS apps for consistency. Also, the organization and layout of the side menu bar is odd and hard to close.

Touch ID isn’t working.When I click enroll, it says it reach the maximum two enrollment. But I am using the one of two devices. The whole UI seems dumb, which is far less elegant than the previous vision. The speed is also slower than before. Hope you can improve in the the following version. I know you are working hard to build a better app.

i really don’t like the new desktop look to the app. there are laptops for a reason. the previous was much better to navigate & a way better look

This new version never works, when I try to see my transactions on a specific account they only load about 1/3 of the time, I usually leave the app frustrated with out any of the information I need!! Change it back please or at least make it work!!!

This app is slow, information always seems to be missing. My balance is way off for what it shows in transactions. Horrible update.

Not easy to use when you have multiple accounts. It does now show pending payments which the old app did not so that is an improvement. And it does run extremely slow
