How do you go back to the previous version? Why do app developers insist on making things harder to use? Update does NOT mean improved. This app is no different. It was hard enough before the update and now is even harder. Please leave things alone that work fine!

The old app was getting long in the tooth so I was excited to see that work was being done on a refresh. Launches and ground up refreshes are rarely easy, but in the future id love to see less focus on customization and skins and more focus on: -working biometrics -fast and responsive (native) loading -better space management and density -consistant styling -iphone x support -high resolution assets that don't look fuzzy -faster updates to all my 3rd party money trackers and managers -a lot more thought into ux. Looking forward to all the improvements i know you know are needed.

Terrible update. Looks like a bad web app from 2008. Sure the previous version didn’t have Touch ID. (C’mon) but I would take that version back anyway. I can’t imagine how much they overpaid for such a terrible UI.

What have you done UBT? This new version is awful. Having to make several clicks just to see all my accounts. Ridiculous! App is also slow af now. Apps are not supposed to have all the desktop computer features, that’s why it’s an app! This app used to be great. Quick and to the point. Now it’s a cluster and hard to navigate.

The new remodeled app is garbage it looks like you guys took it back to the 90s. It’s clunky and not a smooth, easy layout. Big back step for UBT.
App even worse with update

I never minded the app, I did wish it had Touch ID. With the new update they added Touch ID but made everything else horrible! It loads between every screen, is much more complicated then it needs to be, and looks so BAD! Please fix to like before but with Touch ID, that’s all that was needed!

Total overhaul! It’s great. I see the same layout on my app that I do online...well done! I can do so much more now. I’ll never have to go into a branch! ?

Was very useful, but this new update is awful. It’s clumsy, and would work best if it offered a few basic banking functions, as opposed to everything the desktop site offers. As of now, it’s very difficult to do anything that was once easy on the app. I may have to change banks because the ease of using this service is over.
