Crap update

I absolutely hate the new update, it is so complicated to use. I loved how easy it was with the old version and personally don’t care that it is now made just like the website. Please go back to the old version.

It’s absolutely terrible. I want the old one back. Nothing is works, my account says I’m negative when I actually have money!? Nothing is explained, and it doesn’t save my login info which is really inconvenient, this version is a hassle and not worth the effort.

New app needs to be revamped. This was a big step in the wrong direction. Very clumsy. Lots of waiting to load. Have to kill certain screens manually to get to what you are trying to see. Not at all a good update.

Sorry UBT, I don't like the new look. Not very user-friendly. It doesn't navigate easily. Also, I'm still waiting, hopong, You will offer touch ID I might switch banks altogether if it is going to stay this way.

Plz go back....just please. The font is huge, it’s slow, and I just want to be able to navigate it as simply as before. Somehow my parents account and mine got merged so it’s confusing to see their money and mine all in the same place. Plus I want to be able to see my balance without having to log in, just like before. Please go back.

I used to like this app until they updated it. The update now is completely worthless and doesn’t show your current balance and is completely confusing on what your even doing. Such a sad thing for a bank. If it ant broke don’t fix it!!!

This used to be super user friendly and completely easy. Now when you log in it’s a mess. It doesn’t even show up as UBT when you log in.
