Bad update

The new update has made the app run horrible. It randomly doesn’t connect to internet or even service on my phone. I would rather no back to to old app then keep this new one. Only benefit is I can use fingerprint scanner to log in but otherwise this new update stinks.

They recently overhauled the app and it’s horrible. Gone are the instant text alerts anytime I make a transaction even though I’m signed up for them. I log in and instead of having all my accounts listed I have to find the account summary “tile” to get my account balances. No instructions on how to get instant balance back had to beg on Twitter for that. I also want the app to log be out immediately after I close it, no option for that.

one thing I cannot stand about my new bank is how awful the app is. I rely on the app to do anything involving my banking. The update is somehow 1000x WORSE than the previous bad app.

Unpleasant Experience

I loved the functionality of the old version of this app. The only thing it was missing was the Touch ID login. This update has presented many new issues for me. Way longer loading times, more work just to find your balance, and the aesthetics of the User Interface are absolutely terrible. This is 2018 not 2008. Please fix the app to make it a more desirable experience.

This new app is terrible. It does not update transactions and deposits immediately. It is not user friendly and the app appears very messy. I will most likely be deleting this app, as it is pointless to have immediate banking access through it when it does not function appropriately!

The old version that was not a glorified browser worked alot better. This new version is slower, has a overly complicated user interface.. The view of credit cards is a welcome addition but if the cost is a worse app it is not a welcome trade off. The color schemes are also harder to read (at least let us choose the colors if we need to keep this layout)

The app used to be so easy, but now the font is zoomed in way too much, it’s hard to use, and scrolling into recent transactions is hard to read. Go back to the previous version.

This was a good, simplistic app that has been ruined. I liked the old app even though it was a little dated. This new one has bugs and they added Touch ID for no reason as once it was enabled it never popped up. It doesn’t save my credentials for easy login or even let me do a quick account check like the old app. This app feels more like a mobile browser disguised as an app. Not a fan at all
