No Touch ID and no paste for passwords

I cannot Store password and login with Touch ID. I cannot paste password from my password manager. I used to love this app and now it has gotten worse. I called support and said I have a long secure password and I cannot paste it in or save it and use Touch ID. On top of that if I use a password vault and go back and forth to enter the password, every time I leave the UBT app I have to start entering the password all over again. It goes to dots and makes me force start. Please allow paste or not refresh password when leaving app. This stinks. Now I have to write down and or print out my password to get logged in. I called support and they said I’m sorry, don’t control the app on the App Store. So they recommended, “would you like me to reset your password so you can use something less than 8 characters to remember?” I thought we were past this when you allowed me to input a greater than 20 password with “all” the special characters. Common UBT, I love everything else but think your not giving the needed support for this critical security stuff. Just my 2 cents. Sorry for the one star. That’s why I gave it that because the app is now unusable to me except for the quick balance button because I have entered password once at home when I could write it down. At least I have that but please fix this. It is unusable to me at this point.
