This app is disappointing. it doesn’t allow you to save your favorite drink when you’re ordering. You have to re-create your drink every single time. Very frustrating
App doesn’t send orders to location

This is the second time it has happened where I will order through the app and when I get to location they haven’t received my order. This causes a problem for both the employees and myself as I have to justify my order and having to convince them I have already paid. It is a huge waste of time. FIX THIS ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This app has stayed terrible and getting worse

Before it would delay with updating the amount of money I had. Which is frustrating because I don’t want to hold up the line. I haven’t been notified of any rewards in over a year and I’ve gone enough time to get them every so often. I don’t know how the app has gotten worse but it has and there has been no improvement so that it stays updated.

Thank you so much for the beautiful itemized options for drinks!!! Id recommend on the ‘pure’ removing the shot option because I always remove shots worried that my kid will end up with caffeine! Lol— and these Pures have no purpose of a shot option anyhow. Kindly-your number one customer (in Chandler AZ at least??♀️

Tipping

The only way to tip via the app is to leave the notification setting on. Sometimes I get annoyed by your ads and forget I can’t tip if I turn it off. Somehow when I switched from android to iphone I turned off the notifications again so I couldn’t tip again. Please add the ability to tip from the past transactions screen like your competitor.
Can’t change stores without loosing the order

I checked in two drinks and customized them. Then I tried to change the store to a location closer to me and it blows out my order so I have to start all over again. Then I use the search bar for “Carmel ice blended” and it doesn’t work. Blank. Have to navigate like an Easter egg hunt to find the stupid drink. Not a good app.
