Great coffee! Lousy app!

I’m a seven day a week, twice a day customer. Obviously I’m a big fan of their coffee. But as outstanding as their coffee is, their app is a complete 180! Now, when it’s working correctly, it’s not bad. But it is consistently inconsistent. I’ve had orders that show they went through on my end but the store never received. The app won’t take my order at times because it says the store is closed when it’s open. The latest is my favorite drink, the app won’t let me order it because it says they are out of that product or it’s been discontinued but I’m able to order it at the register (defeating the purpose of the app). Another annoying thing is if you go to Hawaii or certain other locations, the store is a Coffee Bean, everything is the same on the inside and outside, same menu but they don’t take the app. It has something to do with franchising. I’m sorry, that’s something to be worked out by Coffee Bean and the franchisees. That’s not customer friendly.
No warm up option

Two different times I got food frozen lol I didn’t realize they will actually deliever to me frozen but there’s no warm up option !
What happened to favorites?

Favorite customized drinks keep disappearing. Frustrating. Also- why isn’t there a way to tip at time of order?

Wish I could simply use my debit card and not have to upload a gift card $10 every dam time !!! I’m not adding $10 to cover few cents more than what I have in my card great way to make people spend extra money not waisting my time on this app
App malfunction

This app is pretty good when it works… for the last month or so it won’t let you use the app to order. The items are blank or have a $0 balance so you cannot complete the order. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app several times with the same end result.

No longer takes delivery orders for my area. Idk if it even works at all for any area.
No delivery in my area for 2 months
Big Tack
I was a loyal member for a few years and then all the sudden the app would tell me no delivery service available. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times but still no delivery service through the CB app, I have to use direct through door dash and can’t accrue or use my CB points. Please fix the app or let us know this will no longer be available to order delivery though the app.
If an item is missing from an order …. Nothing

An item was forgotten in my order for delivery . I still had to tip the driver 6$ . Plus there is no way to dispute the order I am a loyal customer of the app and coffee bean ; sad
