Best coffee and service

This location has the best coffee and customer service I had ever had . I used to go to Starbucks but the quality here is much better and the employees the best. I've been hooked now and I come here almost every day. My favorite hang out too with comfortable furniture and air conditioning. What else can you ask for.

Not bad & the coffee's great but it'd be nice if the app allowed me to order ahead as well as update my purchase history.

The Coffee Bean app has made my life way easier. Me being an honor student, with the amount of homework I have, I need coffee in my system. Although, sometimes I have to wait in these extremely long lines, making me almost late for class. It would be convenient to skip the line, except for the fact I live in California. Please make mobile ordering available everywhere please!

It's a smooth app, it loooks good, just wish you could use the 'order ahead' option like Starbucks does so I could walk on in and get my drink. Also, more bonus POINTS would be nice. Good company who supports a good cause, our men and women in the service! Thanks!

The issues mentioned in that 3-Star review from Nov. 2016 seem to have been addressed — I haven’t dealt with needing to scan twice for rewards and payment, and you can order ahead from within the app, at stores that support it. The only thing that’s missing to my eyes is the ability to tip in the app after a transaction, with the stored money on the card. I rarely have cash, and without this feature in the app, I have to use a debit/credit card if I want to tip (which I do!). Please add this feature soon!

Love the app! However, there are some updates I would love to see; like the ability to leave my baristas a tip! There are times when I don't have cash, but I have cash on my app; it's in these moments when it would come in handy.

There always a “but”. But I’d like to be able to order ahead using app, and I’d like to have app stored in my iPhone Wallet.

Glitch that won't let me create an account

So frustrating since I've deleted and re-downloaded this app 3 times to try to sign up for the rewards program. There's a glitch when I try to input my birthday so I can register. I've tried to create an account via Facebook too. For the meantime I'm just going to use my Starbucks app. What a shame Coffee Bean.
