Deleting my order

The app keeps deleting my orders. I guess y’all don’t want my business anymore. Starbucks it is.

I just downloaded the app and it doesn’t work at all. I have a location less than a block from my house, but it keeps saying there are no locations in my area. Uninstalling today.

The app is great if you live in areas with corporate owned stores. If you move to another state, you may find that none of the stores support the app because they are franchised. They need to work this out with the franchisees because it’s a poor customer experience. Otherwise, the app itself is nice and the rewards are a great perk if you can use them. I just won’t be going out of my way to shop at a Coffee Bean now that I can no longer use the app.

Be careful using the map. They have a few stores that are not there. Make sure you call ahead before going.

Would love this app more of I could just pay with my debit card and not have to buy some card to reload. This is where other apps have you beat. Love CB&TL but the payment option has deterred me from using the app to order ahead. Please expand the payment options. Otherwise I love the rewards and I’m grateful for that.

The App needs to be checked cause it’s not updating correctly... I’ve tried everything and it’s still not working properly.

I’m giving this app one star until they fix the gift card balances not being updated. It is very inconvenient to have your balance say one thing, then when you use it to pay the employee tells you another. You then have to waste time reloading it at the register instead of doing it beforehand.
