App doesn’t send orders to location – The Coffee Bean® Rewards Review

This is the second time it has happened where I will order through the app and when I get to location they haven’t received my order. This causes a problem for both the employees and myself as I have to justify my order and having to convince them I have already paid. It is a huge waste of time. FIX THIS ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
