it’s an ok app, and I don’t t hold it to Starbucks standards, but the app took my money and ran with it! I tried to reload my in app card by $10 and the money has been deducted from my bank account, but it’s nowhere to be seen in the app! I did notice the app was having trouble while I was reloading, so I tried the next day to reload $10. It worked, so now I have $10 in the app, and $20 LESS in my bank account!!! It seems guest relations is the only way to email them for support so I sent an email about this but for now this app is 1 star.

Your app doesn’t work for a key function

I’ve been using this app since it’s existence. It issues coupons to me based on my points gained by making orders, but your app no longer accepts the coupons it gives to me. This is basic functionality failure. What clown would make an app to order and pay that doesn’t accept the coupons it gives to you. Fix your janky app!

I tried to merge My cards and the balance disappeared. Luckily I could retrieve the card info from my email but was in line and didn’t Want to hold it up. Also, in the app to claim rewards for purchase not registered (like my above transaction that I ended up paying for) the help just takes me to the app that I already have downloaded and no where to complete the claim. I don’t know where or how it’s mapped but it goes nowhere.

App always has showstoppers

iPhone 10, latest version iOS i can’t check out. Infinite load/no response when attempting to select payment method. I’m required to add the same card as a new card each time. Cant use my coffee bean card and reload it at all. Always changing or missing options under the drink you select. Suggest stabilizing the app before adding any new features for sure.

Someone stolen my reward account

Someone got be inside my rewards account and coffe beans sent an email saying that change the password I can’t because to do that I need my phone number, system said that someone is using my phone number. This is not secure for nobody. I don’t suggest open it

Won’t use rewards

The app won’t let me use my free drink reward and is saying “cash not supported”. But the balance is literally $0. Such a waste — won’t be able to use this now.

Never great, but latest update is the worst

1- Once again, the tipping feature doesn’t work. On the rare occasion this app actually works well, it asks if you want to leave a tip, but that’s gone yet again with the latest version. 2-I have a free drink that I can’t claim on the app because the apply button is no longer visible. 3-There’s no easy way to report the constant bugs.
