The update deleted my account— I had a gift card balance and several rewards. This is ridiculous; I had over $20 of gift card balance. Where did my account go?

It won’t load up; I’ve deleted it and downloaded over and over. It just drops.. pls help.

I want to remove a debit card from the app but there is no option to do so. Why is it so difficult to remove a debit card?? How does one remove?

Ever since the update last week the app just crashes. I’ve deleted and downloaded it multiple times and tried turning my phone on and off but nothing helps.

Since the last update I can’t use my credit to order or log into my account on the app. How long will you take for you guys to fix this? Can we just go back to the previous version of the app so at least people can use it? I know I am not alone in this. I’ve received a message from your support team telling me to reset my password which wasn’t helpful at all, the app gives me the same message as when I try to log in “a server with the specified hostname could not be found” Please look into this asap

Not sure what the thinking was.. the app is functional and helpful but dang! That sky moving background is just butt-ugly!! Fire that designer and change it!!!

I ordered in the mobile app, The manager charged me for my order and the order for the people behind me. I realized this after i checked my balance. When I asked for a refund, The manager said yes, however, I had to go back to the store. That requires me to higher an Uber. If I can’t go through drive thru, they wont refund me. I can’t afford to be overcharged $8 everytime. Advice ! Please know how to use the app, because the manager won’t or can’t help you if they make a mistake. I showed him my app with the correct order, he didn’t look at my proof. He insisted i was wrong. I didn’t know better because it was my second time using app. The take away, During Covid, you can only get a refund if you have a car or hire a car service to take you through drive-thru. That was my experience.
